On each floor of the house are two apartments. There are three different layouts of the apartments. Here is a list of the accommodations available:
 

 
This is a 2 bedroom apartment located in the first or second floor. Measuring 65 sq m (700 sq ft), this large apartment includes a hallway with closet, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, and a spacious bathroom with shower. The smaller of the two bedrooms is a private room with two individual beds. The master bedroom / combination living room features a king size bed with adjustable spring core mattress and a closet. You can relax on the large couch with coffee table and television in the living room area. A separate dining table is also located in the room. The master bedroom has large windows and a glass door leading outside to your own private balcony equipped with table and chairs. All apartments are also furnished with rolling window shutters in case you'd rather spend the day in bed! All rooms include a telephone and free wireless internet.

 

 
This spacious studio apartment with private bathroom is located on the top floor. Measuring 60 sq m (650 sq ft), this apartment has a full kitchen and dining area as well as a stereo for listening to your favorite music. You can relax on the large couch with coffee table and television in the living room area. The apartment is very bright and sunny with skylights and lots of windows, as well as your own private balcony with table and chairs. To make sure you wake up rested and refreshed, the king size bed is equipped with a spring core mattress.
 
The highlight is a large whirlpool corner bathtub, making this apartment perfect for that romantic getaway!
